Dalina Greyling
Dalina has gained extensive knowledge of hospital operations in a large number of African countries, including South Africa, Libya, Nigeria, Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland and most recently, Liberia.
Dalina has successfully audited health administration systems locally and internationally. She has an innate knowledge of hospital systems that allows her to improve on hospitals’ current systems or establish systems where none are present. As a result of Dalina’s operational experience, she is able to augment any set of hospital policies and procedures and have successfully developed and implemented many such policies and procedures over the years.
The training and up-skilling of people is very important to Dalina. She and her team play an integral part in the skills transfer of hospital operations and administrative functions to hospital management. As hospital management become more and more independent, she changes from trainer to auditor, to ensure that the output levels of hospital management remain on par with internationally accepted best practices.
Dalina has a particular strong knowledge of the functioning and operations of a pharmacy. She has been instrumental in the turnaround of several such pharmacy institutions and is capable of conducting internal or forensic audits on stock management and procurement, which oftentimes are the culprits causing pharmacies and hospitals to suffer losses or function sub-optimally.
Apart from Dalina’s operations experience, she has years’ of experience in the processes and systems management of healthcare case management and has led the Healthshare Case Management team, responsible for international patient referrals, for many years.
Dalina is excellent in determining the level of functionality and efficiencies of healthcare companies and has played an integral part in several due diligence studies Healthshare has been involved in over the past years.
Dalina is a deeply competent healthcare executive who expects only the best of her employees, or employees of Healthshare’s clients and is able to determine potential and turn it into success quickly and effectively. She does not tolerate tardiness or ignorance but will be the first to compliment her learners for achieving a higher level of functionality and rewarding them fairly as a result of their efforts.
