Registered Nurse 4 year diploma (General and Midwifery).
Nursing Service Manager with over 35 years’ experience both national and international in private and government hospitals, ambulatory care centers, centers of excellence and academic medical centers.

Sandra managed her earlier nursing career as a Neonatal Intensive Care and Pediatric Nurse and Manager before moving onto accreditation and compliance, performance improvement and standard implementation, clinical and facility quality and safety and licensing of new facilities and services and have a 19-year history of profound success (coordinating and participating) in broad spectrum healthcare accreditations including but not limited to College of American Pathologists {CAP}, Joint Commission International Accreditation {JCIA}for hospitals, ambulatory care centers, academic and research centers and home healthcare facilities, Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions {CBAHI}, Education Evaluation Commission / National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation {EEC-NCAAE}, Association of the Advancement of Blood and Biotherapies (previous called American Association of Blood banks {AABB}, Baby Friendly Initiative as per World Health Organization {WHO}, Healthcare Information and Management System {HIMSS 7}, and Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing {ACEN}and the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education {CCNE}.

Sandra has led multiple participations of Organizations in Quality and Safety Awards (United Arab Emirates) and Sustainability Award (Saudi Arabia) with top performer outcome.

Sandra places emphasis on team dynamics, transparency and person-centered care and her goals for any project is improving overall organization performance and exceeding national and international benchmark in clinical, and operational key performance indicators.
